Soft Tissue and Energy Work: Remote viewing, medical intuition and my empathic nature are used to support a variety of energy healing techniques. These techniques may include frequency specific microcurrent, craniosacral therapy, somatoemotional release, myofascial release, Reiki, joint mobilization, internal viewing, medical intuition, chakra and energy clearing as appropriate.
Offering in-person work from Cleveland, Ohio.
Offering distant sessions from anywhere. Both individual and group sessions are currently available.

Coaching Services: Clients are met over the phone to co-create a sacred space within which to work. Clients are guided to return to themselves energetically, gathering their personal energy as they do, and align with their true self. Questions or issues may be discussed and healings and guidance may occur as the session unfolds naturally. Specific techniques may be shared and practiced as well. The intent of each session is for individuals to leave feeling embodied, present, aligned and clear which can be integrated into one’s daily life!
In-person work:
$180 for an in-person, hands-on, 50-minute session.
Distant work:
$120 for a private, synchronous, distant, 50-minute session with both coaching and energy work available.
$85 for a spot in a group, asynchronous, distant, 50-minute session. This includes an additional 15 minute, individual, consultation meeting before and a short follow-up conversation is offered.
On-going, asynchronous subscription services:
Following at least one individual or group session, you may sign up for a spot in a weekly, distant, asynchronous session. $110 for four weeks of group, remote services. Energetic support is provided between sessions. Consultation is not offered before or after the session at this time. Cancel your subscription anytime at the end of a cycle.
Individuals who are currently enrolled in a BFA or MFA acting or musical theater program can pay as they are able.
All fees must be paid when scheduling.
If the need to cancel arises, 48 hour advance notice is required and a make-up session
will be arranged. Fees will not be refunded.

It was my first experience with an empath coach, so I had no idea what to expect. Cindy asked questions to get to know me and truly listened and was present. She guided me in a meditation that was truly relaxing. She knew exactly where my mind was focused and guided me every step of the way.
